Conor McCaughan is a Northern Irish-born film and television executive producer and agent, whose career has spanned both talent representation and production. He was born in July 1972 and resides in England. McCaughan co-founded the UK talent agency Troika Talent Agents LLP in 2005 alongside Michael Duff and Melanie Rockcliffe, helping to build it into a major London-based firm representing actors and creative talent. In 2010, he co-established the production company DMC Film with actor-producer Michael Fassbender and producer Daniel Emmerson. Under his leadership as CEO of DMC Film, the company later signed a first-look deal with New Republic Pictures. As a producer, McCaughan’s credits include the feature film Slow West (2015) and Assassin’s Creed (2016). He also served as executive producer on Eden Lake (2008). Beyond the screen, McCaughan has held multiple directorships in the UK film and entertainment industry. In May 2020, he announced his departure from Troika along with Michael Duff.
