Frederick Douglas Rosser III is an American professional wrestler currently signed to New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), where he is a one-time NJPW STRONG Openweight Champion. He is best known for his time with WWE under the ring name Darren Young. Prior to joining WWE, Rosser competed in Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic independent promotions, including Chaotic Wrestling, East Coast Wrestling Association, Independent Wrestling Federation, and the National Wrestling Alliance. He signed with WWE's developmental territory Florida Championship Wrestling in 2009 and participated in the first season of NXT in 2010, later debuting on the main roster as part of The Nexus. In 2012, Young formed The Prime Time Players with Titus O'Neil, and the team became one-time WWE Tag Team Champions before his departure from WWE in 2017. He was also the first openly gay wrestler to compete in the company.
